	*Off Peak*. Many believe the spring and fall are the best time to visit Lake Tahoe. No crowds, great weather, and reduced rates. September and October are our favorites Fall - Mid September to Mid November Spring - March through May Excludes Holidays $300 per night, $1900 per week
	*Summer and Winter*. When recreation and entertainment abound! Boating, Skiing, Live entertainment, you name it. This is when Tahoe comes alive! Summer - June to Mid September Winter - December to March Excludes Holidays $375 per night, $2350 per week
	*Holidays*. Who can resist a white Christmas or the Independence Day fireworks over the lake. There is nothing like the holidays at Tahoe Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving $400 per night, $2500 per week

All rentals: $500 Refundable Security Deposit, $175 Cleaning Fee and 10% SLT Occupancy Taxes (Permit VHR#004593). Owners with Dogs (downstairs and outside only) $250 Refundable Pet Deposit
